'Hi everyone and Happy New Year!! We are ringing in the new year with this prenatal safe at home workout. Target the full body with a string of moves that comprise of all the major muscle groups. This no repeat workout uses a chair and light set of dumbbells. This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity. This is a 45 second work period followed by 15 seconds of rest, so if this is quite intense you can change it for a 30 second work/30 second rest split.
