'Really simple exercises to help improve shoulder mobility.  Aimed to improve better positioning for the upper back, shoulder blades and range of motion around the shoulder. I believe shoulder movement is often a limitation in stability/strength, and positioning all of the upper back/shoulder blades and t-spine.
