'This is the 20/20/20/20/20 Body Shock workout. There is 4 Circuits with 4 Exercises in each. You do 5 Rounds of each circuit. Within each circuit you immediately switch from one exercise to the next, every 20 seconds, without resting. After the 4th exercise you rest for 20 seconds. Repeat for 5 rounds.
