'Join me for a 5 minute BARRE ARMS WORKOUT moving to the beat ♫ of the music! You can do this workout once or TWICE through for an extra challenge. We\'ll be toning up through our shoulders and arm muscles. All you need is a set of light dumbbells between 2-5 pounds. There will be no breaks in today\'s workout with 10 moves for 30 seconds each. So let\'s get toning!
