'First Trimester Pregnancy Workout (SAFE PRENATAL STRENGTH TRAINING!!)'

In a first trimester workout it’s important to take into account both mother’s health and baby’s health, making sure mom gets some good 1st trimester toning without putting the baby at risk.  This prenatal workout starts with lower body and legs exercises.  It finishes off with pregnancy exercises for shoulders, biceps and back.  During the first trimester it’s good to try to train about 5 days per week if you can, doing a mix of gentle cardio and prenatal strength training like this workout.  For each of the exercises in this pregnancy strength training routine, perform 10 reps.  If you are a beginner or feeling low on energy, shoot for just 1 round of this pregnancy workout first trimester. If you are more advanced and feeling well, you can do 2-3 rounds of this 1st trimester toning routine.
