'Body Shock Vegas is back! This is a progressive workout that gets harder as you go. The object is to complete all circuits and reach your “hotel room”. Do 20 reps of each exercise. Run a lap (approximately 200 ft) after completing each circuit. Start with exercise 1 plus 1 lap. Then exercise 1 and 2 plus 1 lap. Then exercise 1, 2 and 3 plus 1 lap. Continue in this progressive pattern until you complete exercise 1 - 11 plus 1 lap.
