'Work your lower body with an integration of weighted and body weight exercises at the barre (20-30 lbs.+ dumbell or kettlebell). Intervals of gliding side lunges ( gliding disc, paper plate, or small towel can be used) compliment plies and plie squats to focus activation of the inner thighs and quadriceps. This 20 minute workout should be repeated twice through for a more challenging workout. Beginners are encouraged to start with body weight first before adding weights.'
