'This video is about making a Plyometrics training box. When a former athlete I coached, and a member of the Canadian Women\'s Volleyball National Team reached out for some fitness equipment to maintain her fitness during this period of self isolation, I offered to make her a plyo box. It has 3 different heights to work with - 18\", 20\" or 24\", depending on the challenge you\'re looking for. The sides fit together like puzzle pieces as this helps it resist twisting or wracking when being jumped on. Of course the many construction screws along each edge also help!! Enjoy the video.
