'Get ready to start the week with this Bodyweight Prenatal workout. This No Repeat workout consists of 30 seconds work followed by 15 seconds rest with 20 separate moves. This workout is aimed at intermediate exercisers who have trained pre-pregnancy as some of the moves require a lot of core strength. You should only complete this workout if you trained pre-pregnancy. This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
