'In today\'s video we take a closer look at Apple Fitness+ vs Peloton strength training classes in particular. Both apple fitness plus and peloton app have strength classes in addition to cycling classes and many other training workouts, but here we are focusing only on the similarities and differences of apple fitness plus strength workouts compared to peloton strength workouts. First of all, it seems like it makes a lot more sense to join apple fitness+ if you already have an iphone and an apple watch and an ipad. if you don\'t already have an iphone and a apple watch, it sure would cost a lot of money just to be able to join apple fitness plus in the first place. on the other hand you don\'t need to own any apple products to do the peloton app strength classes, so this is a huge advantage to peloton right out of the gate. on the other side of the coin, if you do already have an iphone and an apple watch, then it\'s really not much extra money just to join apple fitness plus and try it out. So if you don\'t already own a peloton bike and or the peloton digital app monthly membership, then its a lot easier to simply join apple fitness+ and start a strength workout. i should point out you don\'t need a peloton bike to do peloton strength classes on the app, you can play them on a wide variety of devies including just about any modern smart phone and a tablet of your own choice, it does not need to be apple. apple fitnes plus really excels in the strength training workouts compared to there cycling workouts in my opinion. The apple cycling workouts didn\'t seem to offer the same experience as peloton cycling workouts, but honestly cycling is kind of peloton\'s thing so it would be kind of embarrassing if apple came right out of the gate with a better cycling program than peloton. from my perspective the apple fitness plus strength workouts seemed to be much more on par with what peloton has to offer in the weight lifting category. both fitness+ and peloton app have their own particular style but both of the fitness platforms offer a good strength workout where you can track things like your heart rate and time on the screen. both peloton and apple fitness plus offer a great music selection and a good variety of filters to choose your workout. peloton obliviously has many more strength workouts to choose from because they have been making them for years. apple fitness plus instructors will continue to create new workouts and add them to the library, so it will be interesting to see how things even out over time, especially considering we know peloton does delete some of their old workouts as time passes.'
