'The United States Army recently came out with publication to supplement the original release of the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). In this most recent version 2 of the ACFT, I go through and cover some important changes that i noticed. I cover the current scores for all 6 events in the ACFT; Hand Release Pushup, 3 Rep Max Deadlift, Standing Power Throw, Sprint Drag Carry, Leg Tuck and the 2 Mile Run. I also cover the current standards for the alternate events for profiled soldiers. Stay tuned for my coverage of my own ACFT prep in lead up to my Brigade Best Warrior competition.'
