Begin with a light warm-up built right into the workout then move through 3 individual sections working every plane of the body. Each section will have optional cardio bursts to pump up your heart-rate and challenge your stability, mobility and endurance. Low impact options are always offered. End with a cool down to bring down the heart-rate and end with a relaxing, refreshing stretch. The Walk Across America Program is a complete total body workout.
