'Hi everyone and welcome to your mid-week prenatal full body workout. This pregnancy safe workout uses a low-medium intensity that focuses on for whilst supporting the changing body.  This full body workout works for all trimesters with the use of a chair for added support in some of the front focused moves. Work for 40 seconds before a 20 second rest.
