'Hi everyone, today\'s workout is a prenatal upper body workout with 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. This 20 minute prenatal upper body workout is aimed at intermediate exercisers as it includes dumbbells in all exercises. Use a weight that you feel comfortable with; this will heavily depend on your exercise regime prior to your pregnancy and how your pregnancy is progressing.
