Fitness Zone, an award winning, a series of 50 half-hour fitness programs aired throughout the world including Canada, the United States, Australia, South Korea and the Middle East. To further this cause, the series is now available online.The series featuring Cardio, Martial arts, Strength training, Hip Hop, Boxercise and Navy Seals. The series is not studio based, and features 18 different and inspiring locations ranging from an aircraft hanger, nightclub, an ice hockey arena and a waterfall in Jamaica.
