'Hi everyone and welcome to this 3 circuit workout. This lower body workout consists of five moves that are repeated three times. Each move is 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. This lower body workout is a prenatal safe workout, but as it uses some form of resistance choose a form of resistance that suits you. This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
