'he secret behind Bipasha Basu\'s hot bod is not just enviable genes. The actress revealed details of the workout that keeps her in such good shape at the launch of her dance workout DVD Break Free. Held at the Reliance Digital store at R-City Mall, Ghatkopar (W), the event saw Bips literally making the shoppers there dance to her tunes!   The actress interacted with the crowd and shared a lot of exciting workout tips with them. She also demonstrated a few workouts, which are part of the the DVD, to the group of shoppers at the mall.   Later, she also invited a few of them to join her on the floor and try the workout themselves with her as she taught them the workout steps.   Post the launch, she was seen appreciating Reliance Digital\'s brand promise of spreading \'happiness\' through its various customer-focused propositions. She added that she too wants to spread happiness all around her, especially with this DVD, since being healthy gives people a lot of joy.'
