Janet Duke was diagnosed with Stage 2/3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer April 18, 2017. She underwent twelve weekly chemotherapy treatments, followed by four bi-weekly treatments of the “red devil” and taught Zumba Fitness classes THE ENTIRE time! The only downtime of teaching was when Janet had a lumpectomy to remove the mass in her breast. After surgery, Janet jumped right back into her passion and continued to teach while undergoing thirty three daily radiation treatments. Janet was bald and beautiful and was the true meaning of “self love” - showing she can love herself in her lowest state and depend on the Z Team to help carry her through the battle.   \"Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
