'Playing Beat Saber is such a fun VR experience and it can give you a great workout if you push yourself. In this video, we demonstrate how to add extra moves and exercises in the rest sections of the game that will give you an incredible leg workout. We took 4 video clips from a half hour VR workout to create this video. The exercises used are Air Squats, Side and Forward Lunges. We also played Beat Saber on the Hard level to give more time to add the extra exercises. We used a 10lb weighted vest for more resistance.
