'No equipment is needed for this 20 minute challenging prenatal cardio workout. The entire workout is body weight only. Even though this is cardio focused, it does have a slight lower body strength element to it as well. There is no jumping! Every exercise is low impact (which doesn\'t mean low intensity). We have four blocks during todays workout. Each block has 4 exercises. We will repeat each block twice for 30 seconds on 10 seconds off. During the recovery, I will demo the upcoming exercise (on the first time through). After block two (mid-way point of the workout) we will get a longer recovery. If at any point you need to take a break, hit pause, recover, and join me when you feel recovered. There will be two main ways to modify todays workout: slow the tempo down and reduce your range of motion, especially on lower body exercises. Since every exercise is timed, find a pace that works for *YOU*, you do not have to go at my specific pace! Grab something for hydration and lets get to work!
