'Saturday morning, after coaching one crossfit class and our introduction class at my box, Crossfit 5triple9 on the beautiful island of Curacao. Today we are looking forward for the Rogue Liftoff at Crossfit Willemstad. This is a weightlifting competition with a Crossfit twist.
