'If you got a new challenge to shoot a fitness video, and you’ve never done it before you’d better watch this one! I’m giving out a few tips on making gym videos and a couple of general ideas that would be useful in any other filming situation. This wasn’t my first fitness video, but it was my first client’s work, so the stakes were different.
