'You will need a chair or wall, dumbbells (3-5lbs), and hydration for this 25 minute prenatal barre inspired strength workout. The program is designed for all-trimesters. A few ways to modify today\'s workout will be to lighten the resistance, reduce the range of motion, and/or slow down the tempo. I am moving to 125 BPM, but feel free to take it slower when/if needed. We begin with a quick warm-up before grabbing our dumbbells. Once we get past the warm-up its about 22 minutes on continuous work. Since there is no transition time, be sure to listen for the ding and watch the upper left hand corner for the upcoming exercise. If you need a longer break, take it! Also, feel free to go at your OWN pace, every exercise is timed so we do not have to go at the same tempo.
