This workout is safe for women who are in the first trimester, it also assumes that you have been strength training up until you got pregnant! It is not advised to start a new workout program when you are pregnant and PLEASE advise your doctor before you begin any new fitness program. If you are in the second trimester, please avoid the planks, full pushup and lying on your back!
