'Home workouts for moms can be the best way for a mom to stay in shape while the kids do their thing! I suggest getting some cheap weights to amp up the challenge. Moms into fitness will love the fact that they can workout in a small space in their home with their kids are running around. Motherhood and fitness are not easy when you only have one to focus on, but they are definitely not easy when you have a full time job of caring for children.
