'Marching in Montana Quick Time-Saver Walking at Home Workout | Super Sweaty | HIIT or Low Impact'

'Join us for a quick, fun, and sweaty, marching at-home workout, in 30 minutes. We filmed it in Montana at a family reunion. You\'ll work through 3 sections, each with power bursts you can punch up to high intensity, or keep the moves at a low-impact intensity if needed. This is definitely a more real-life production than some of my other workouts, and you\'ll notice darling little children walking through, a dog, and even Tyler\'s back at one point, but I promise you\'ll get a great sweaty workout! Big thank you to my amazing participants! Thanks for working so hard, and making this workout so fun to film.   Walk, march, and sweat to a beat track all throughout the workout at 145 bpm. Feel free to play your own music at home. It was filmed with a much faster bpm (beats per minute) than most of my other workouts, so be prepared to move a little more quickly.
