'Well hello there! Looking for a prenatal friendly workout coached by a certified pre and post natal personal trainer? Great! This quick, prenatal friendly lower body dumbbell workout will strengthen your butt, legs, and back! You can also use a kettlebell or whatever weights you have available. If you are pregnant, make sure that you: 1) Have your doctor’s clearance to exercise, this is for your well being and that of your little one! 2) Listen to your body and take rest as needed, modifying anything that doesn’t feel quite right. You want to keep your level of perceived exertion to about a 6-7 out of 10 (where you could still maintain a conversation). And, 3) Remember to stay hydrated so make sure you have a big glass of water handy! We do a very quick warm up but if you have more time I really recommend hitting this prenatal and postnatal warm up video! https://youtu.be/gCpRgzlvNw0 Make sure to give this video a thumbs up, and hit the subscribe button to make sure you catch all my newest workouts!
