'40 Minute Upper Body Combos Workout | FOCUS - Day 2'

'It\'s DAY 2 of our FOCUS program and I am so pumped for you to crush this workout with me! Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 45 seconds at a time and complete 3 rounds of each exercise. I love this format, it flies by!   I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells, so grab dumbbells that work for you!  Exercises:  1. Inchworm Pushups 2. 2 curls, 2 presses 3. Tricep OH Extension and snatch 4. Front raise side raise  5. Bent row high row 6. Chest Press and glute bridge 7. Tricep Kickbacks single and combo 8. Standing chest fly and high row  9. hammer curl x 2, supinated curl  10. Back Fly and alt front raise 11.
