'Following on from the first Home Workout video Sasha Corbin takes us through a series of more exercises.   Work to Rest  30secs on 30secs rest or 20secs on 20secs rest  When you are doing a single leg exercise, you can work for the 30secs and swap straight away if you would prefer.
