'Happy Wednesday and welcome to the second in our mini intermediate series. This 20 minute full body workout uses a light set of dumbbells, with 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. This at home workout needs only a small amount of space with plenty of water to keep hydrated. You should only complete this workout if you trained pre-pregnancy. This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
