'A couple of weeks ago the WEHLL girls participated in a team challenge as part of the Snap Fitness 8 Week Transformation Challenge.   I was watching the videos of us little chicks bench pressing big-kid dumbbells and thought about how far we have all come and I came up with this little analogy.   Really, making long-term, sustainable healthy lifestyle changes is just like lifting weights.'
