'Fitting IRON GYM XTREME MAN PULL UP EXERCISE BAR/P90X on thin walls.'

'Today I want to show you how to solve the thin wall and thin door frame problem with P90X and also for similar pull up and chin up toolbars. What you need is extra support between the pull up bar and the door frame. In my case 6 cm was enough. So I have used an old jeans. I have cut the legs of the jeans, folded and rolled it as you see on the video. First of all I have used a cable tie to fastened it then I attached it to the pull up bar by using another cable tie and the bolt that is showing on the video. P90X or others, all the same by the way. This part is important. I bend the edge of the cable tie in U shape and then push it inside the metal bar and as soon as the short end past the bold I pulled the cable tie back. So I could hold the both ends of the cable tie and it was easy to fastened around the rolled jeans. If you don\'t have cables ties then you can also use a strong string, no problem there. At the end if you also cover them with socks then even the cable ties won\'t touch to the door frame. It helped me and I hope it would help you too.'
