'Touch Rugby sports specific exercise to help develop skills of Touch Rugby. Location: Wish Park, Brighton. East Sussex. With International player Alex Berger and National player Troy Bradley. Welcome to Touch Rugby Basic skills and drills. A Touch of Class- Alex and I are demonstrating a really easy warm up game - in which two players are positioned opposite sides of grid, which is 5 metres by 5 metres. The game is element of chase where we have 2 minutes or until someone is caught. We set up grid to cover different planes of motion (saggital and frontal) - to replicate some elements of the game of Touch Rugby. Fun and fast - you can tweak it to handicap individuals whom are faster in the different planes of motion. We recommend videoing yourselves as well, then you can see which plane of motion you require more strength and speed, which will improve your agility on the pitch. Thanks for watching- have fun.'
