'Netball HIIT with Jodie Gibson - Heads or Tails Workout'

'In todays Solo Session we have Commonwealth Champion, Eng Rose & Saracens Mavericks star Jodie Gibson taking us through a Hiit style netball specific workout.   Guidelines: 30 secs work / 30 secs rest for each exercise (1-2mins rest when full set is complete) Complete 2-3 sets in total or  10-15reps of each exercise and complete the circuit 2-3 times (1-2mins rest between sets)   Equipment: 1. A Coin (or anything that has two sides to name heads or tails) 2. A Netball/ Ball or something you can hold 3. A Dumbbell/ Kettlebell weight or Rucksack with items to weigh it down to your preferred weight. (DO NOT put a dumbbell/ kettlebell weight in a rucksack) 4. Training gear 5.
