'Kieran has put together a Netball specific training plan, to develop speed, agility, power and fitness for Netballer’s. It is in 3 phases. This first phase is the preparation cycle - Jumping Landing, Throwing power & fitness. In the later phases we will work more on transferring this power to more dynamic movements. We will post these next week. Training plan 2-4weeks 1 session/ week Box Jumps 3-5 reps for 5 sets (stop when speed/power decreases) ball throws 3-5 reps for 5 sets (stop when speed/power decreases) WOD 3 sets 100m run 5 max height wall balls 10 KB swings 100m run 5 max height wall balls 10 KB swings 2mins rest'
