'You will need a set of dumbbells for this 30 minute workout. Preferably a lighter set and a heavier set. Change out the appropriate weight selection with the specified rep count. If at any time the weight selection feels too much, or you lose your mind-muscle connection or form, drop to a lighter set of dumbbells, grab some water bottles, or even do bodyweight! As stated in the intro, another great modification with every exercise is to decrease the range of motion. Take your squat a quarter of the way down instead of all the way down for example. After we superset two exercises for three rounds, we will perform a two-minute low impact cardio circuit. After the cardio, a longer break will be provided. If at any point in time you need to take more or longer breaks, please do so!! This is your workout and you get to make the calls! Do your best and thats all that matters!
