'The YUR.fit fitness tracker is an app you can sideload onto your Oculus Quest via the SideQuest store for FREE! Some of its features include tracking in-game calorie counting, leveling system, leaderboards, calendars to track your progress and more. In this video, I show how the YUR fit app works and compare three virtual reality rhythm games: beat saber, box vr, and pistol whip to see which one comes out on top when it comes to burning calories. I also look at how accurate the YUR fit calorie counter is by verifying the calories burnt with an independent calorie tracking app before attempting a 60 minute workout in VR to see if I can lose those extra Christmas pounds! The official YUR.fit website can be found here: https://www.yur.fit/ You can download SideQuest here: https://sidequestvr.com/#/ The link below will take you to my tutorial on sideloading. https://youtu.be/FalGXZqB5So Consider donating to SideQuest via Pateron to keep the platform going: https://www.patreon.com/SideQuestVR Intro/Outro music \"Dreams\" from: https://www.bensound.com/'
