'20 Minute Bodyweight Only Prenatal Workout | Booty + Core | Low Impact | Strength + Cardio'

'You will need a mat (or something for cushion) and a wall nearby for this quick 20 minute prenatal bodyweight workout, all-levels, all-trimesters. Today\'s focus will be on the glutes and core (we\'ll also hit some other muscle groups but these are the main focus).  This workout is designed for all-levels and all-trimesters and is low impact/no jumping, but feel free to amp it up at your desecration. Every exercise will be performed for 60 seconds. After the exercise, we will have 15 seconds to recover. During the recovery, watch me for the demo of the upcoming exercise. Go at your own pace! You can go slower or faster than my pace - quality over quantity though! If at any point you need to take a break, hit pause, recover, and join me when you feel recovered. There will be two main ways to modify todays workout: slow the tempo down and reduce your range of motion, especially on lower body exercises. Since every exercise is timed, find a pace that works for *YOU*, you do not have to go at my specific pace! Grab something for hydration and lets get to work!   SKIP to 2:00 to bypass intro.
