'Bridget Workout Routine! Thanks for joining me for my daily workout… One thing is for sure my workouts are far from routine. I work out 6 days a week but each day I do a different workout. I start each routine with 30 minutes of intense cardio…this cardio can come from an elliptical machine, treadmill, run or in my case, I like to do an intense workout video like P90X or Insanity. After I complete my 30 minutes of cardio, it’s time to focus on a specific area for 15-30 minutes. In this video I will be focusing on my butt. Somedays I do abs and other days arms.
