'In this short video I go through some of my favourite and most used Medicine Ball Exercises. When training for Power with Medicine Balls, its important that you try to throw the ball as hard as possible each rep. I am demonstrating with a 3kg ball and I recommend this is a good place to start (or even lighter for some). A heavier weighted ball isn\'t always better, as usually the goal of these exercises is to maintain a high velocity of contraction.
