'Don\'t go to a gym or have any equipment? Short on time? Try these 5 body weight exercises to improve your golf game! You don\'t need equipment (bands, weights, machines) to get a good workout in! You can get just as good of a workout when utilizing only your body weight. As long as the exercises are challenging and you\'re consistent with working out, you should see improvements. These 5 exercises are what I consider to be the \"best\" when it comes to improving your body for golf with access to absolutely no equipment whatsoever. I decided to choose these exercises that would work the most musculature that\'s specific to golf. I also chose some of them because they work your body in different directions - just like the golf swing!
