'Here is one of the jump training sessions we\'ve done with our soccer athletes. Jumping is super important for soccer players, so make sure you\'re getting in your jump training! We start with some single leg lower limb work, doing some multiplanar plate hops. Then we move into the hurdles, with double leg varying height hurdle jumps into running hurdle jumps.
