'Why I Don\'t Recommend Keto Diets'

I have absolutely nothing against them from this perspective.  Yet, I commonly criticise some popular low carb proponents. Why?  Because a loot of the popular low carb fans talk absolute nonsense and give false reasons to why low carb diets work.   So, I am going to use some extreme examples from Dr Eric Berg to highlight my views.
