'In this British Army Warrior Fitness - Training Workout 2, I look towards an all over body CV workout using the rowing machine and mixing it up with burpees. Workout: 2000mtr row but on the minute every minute conduct 5 burpees until you have completed 2000mtrs. To finish I did 5 minutes of plank, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
