'Recipe by #healthfoodfitnessandfunsecrets  Ingredients  1.potato Boiled sliced....1 /2 kg  2.Cumin seeds....1 Tbs 3.Red Chilli Powder...1 Tbs 4.Salt....1 Tbs or as needed 5.Turmaric/Haldi powder....1 Tbs 6.Mix Masala Powder...1 Tbs  Procedure: Put the sliced potatoes in boiled water and boil it for maximum 5 minutes as minimum as required to boil potatoes..Strain it. Now add a small oil as required in Karahi...add cumin seeds first then roasted it then add all other spices in it as shown in vedio.cook for 2 minutes then add potatoes in it.mix it well and rest for 10 minutes on low flame.Now remove the lid mix it again carefully and add Green Chillies.rest again for 2 minutes.zeeray walay potatoes are ready and garnish it with coriander.Serve it with paratha in Breakfast or with Nan/Roti in Lunch.'
