'This is circuit is a beginner to intermediate level for intensity but an intermediate to advanced level for technique. If you are just starting out, i suggest making sure your form is solid with all these movements on their own first before integrating them. This is a great workout to do in between more intense workouts. I firmly believe in fullbody workouts for many reasons. Even when focusing on hypertrophy and strength. I love integrated exercises for many reasons but one being it challenges me! I have been working out for over 30 years and don\'t believe in doing crazy things just for the sake of being different. I believe in simplicity but that can come in the form of challenging as well. Here is the workout: (6-7 mins for one round of the circuit) 1. Squat press: 20 lbs x 10 reps 2. Seated plate twist: 25lbs x 16 reps 3. Crossover Reverse Lunge: 25lbs x 10 reps ea side 4. Full body crunch: 16 reps 5. Lateral lunge with upright row: 15lb KB x 10 ea side (in upright row, think of pulling shoulder blade down and not lifting too high) 6. Plank plate slide: 25lbs x 16 reps 7. Stability ball banded Hip extension with Chest press: 20lbs x 10 reps ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I did 4 rounds resting for 90 secs in between each.
