'ENEMAS, YOGA AND PILATES: === I have been doing ENEMAS, YOGA AND PILATES for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness since 1995 when I was 13 years old. === MY DAILY ENEMAS, YOGA AND PILATES ROUTINE: * I wake up in the morning. * I do cleansing water enemas before doing my yoga and pilates. * I do yoga and pilates for 15 to 30 minutes. === MY YOGA AND PILATES COMPRESSION CLOTHES: * Ankle length leggings/pants/tights. * Long sleeve shirts. * Socks. === MY YOGA AND PILATES EQUIPMENT: * 1 Yoga mat (6 mm or 1/4 in thick minimum). * 2 Bolsters or pillows. * 4 Blocks. === MY ENEMA EQUIPMENT: * Cleansing enemas: 1000 ml enema bag. * Retention enemas: 250 ml enema syringe with a 16 in or 40 cm rectal tube attached. * Retention enemas: old underwear, sanitary pads for men or women during the day or night for leakage protection and water resistant bed pads for overnight leakage protection. === MY CLEANSING WATER ENEMAS: * Frequency: daily or as needed. * Enema kit: 1000 ml enema bag. * Filtered water: 1000 ml. * Temperature: 98° F to 99° F. * Positions: lying on my left or right side with knees bent. * Retention: retain 5 minutes or as directed. * Repeat enema: as needed. === NOTE: * I do cleansing water enemas before doing my retention enemas for better results. === MY RETENTION ENEMAS (COFFEE, GREEN TEA, HERBAL TEA): * Frequency: daily or as needed. * Enema kit: 250 ml enema syringe with a 16 in or 40 cm rectal tube attached. Follow directions. * Filtered water: 150 ml to 250 ml. * Organic: caffeinated coffee, green tea, herbal tea. Use the recommended dose. * Brewing: French coffee press.
