'No excuses! A full body at home workout that you can do whenever and wherever. Follow along with this full body at home workout. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a med ball, a kettlebell and a yoga mat. This workout is going to target the muscles in your whole body and give you a good sweat! The video is actual time workouts with me meaning that I have a timer going for the full 30 seconds for each exercise. There are 30 second rests in between each exercise and 2 minute rests between each round. If you need to pause longer - feel free to do so by pausing me and resume when you can. if you don\'t need a break - skip them and keep moving. My recommendation is to switch up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover.
