'In this video I will show you the Big 5 from Body By Science. The exercises are: Latt Pulldown - Chest Press - Squats - Overhead Press. They are all done with rubber bands. This workout will only take 15 to 20 minutes per week (or twice a week of your body recovers fast enough). Every exercise is done to positive failure and with only 1 working set. Every set takes about 60 to 90 seconds and rest time from 0 to 90 seconds. If you want to train for gaining muscles, you can rest up to 90 sec, but if you want to work on your cardio, you should move as fast as you can (without fainting or getting dizzy) from one exercise to the other.
