'Alien Fitness owner John Maisano has put himself in the shoes of his members and going from being trainer to trainee in the lead up to competing in the PBCBC Boxing Championships in Queensland later this year. Each week he will be utilising Alien Fitness team members and our fellow instructors to help motivate and push him to his limits!
